Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed EZ Street on May 10th. It
is hard to find a place in Tucson for adult dancing and Corleones is
becoming our favorite location.

Keep it up.

ps: Congratulations Enza!!!

To the staff of Corleone's:

I have been to your restaurant several times in the last two months: twice for dinner and twice for the happy hour buffet. I have had wonderful experiences every time I have gone. The restaurant and your club has been done beautifully and the food and service is wonderful.

I have talked my friends into going to Club Enza this evening for music and dancing. We are in our fifties and have been waiting for a club on this side of town to open so that we didn't have to drive to the other side of the world (Westward Look) to go dancing! So we are very excited to have an adult night club in Tucson. We are looking forward to some good music and I already know you have a very tastefully designed club.

By the way, whoever is running your website is doing a great job. It's beautiful and informative.

8/22/07 Mona Lisa Restaurant,
My wife Rhonda and I have date night on Thursday evening. We have eaten at your deli on Broadway in the past and heard that you re-opened on Tanque Verde by a friend. To our astonishment we walked into the quintessential Italian feeling restaurant. This was only outdone by James D our waiter (who was phenomenal), the musician and the food. We can honestly say we recommend few places we go to, however your establishment will now be added to our short list. May everyone's experience be as good as ours was. See you again soon.

James Dean

P.S. Having fresh ground pepper and parmesan cheese would have topped off the meal and feeling.

4/23/07 Linda and I want to thank you , your family, and you staff for the
wonderful meal and experience you provided for us
last(thursday)evening. The entire experience was delightful from
beginning to end and the meal was fantastic.
Please pass on our gratitude to all involved, especially our server
April. She did a superb job. As you know I took several pictures. I
am not that good as a photographer, but I am persistent. I have
attached a few for your use as you see fit. These are reduced in size,
but I have the full sized versions if you want them.

3/30/07 Enza, Federica, Mariella and Gianluca!!!!

Finally we are able to re-contact...
God Bless Federica for working at Red Lobster and recognizing us.
Federica, thank you so much for giving us the emails and the web site.

We are eager to see you on the reopening the greatest family owned
Sicilian restaurant in Tucson, please do not ignore us and include our
names for your first day of business at your new location.
We miss so much the excellent food that you have, but mainly the warmth
of such great hosts as all of you are!

Please keep us posted!

Più cordiali saluti

3/13/07 Your food was to die for. The bakery was to get wonderfully fat on. Your prices were so reasonable. The Service was exceptional.  I have been saying this to friends all over Tucson. But Sadly we must wait and wait and wait.  Please tell me that you will open your doors this month. Please tell us that we will not have to wait until April or may or june or july.

We wait patiently but we are losing hope.

3/12/07 It is wonderful news that the opening of your restaurant is so very close.  We are getting very excited for all of you as well as for ourselves.  You have all waited so very long for this day to arrive and we are grateful that your wait is almost over.

Perhaps your restaurant will be open in time for me to celebrate my "60" birthday there.

We will continue to keep our eyes open to our email on a daily basis so we are totally up to date on what is going on as your opening day nears.

Hang in there!  You are an awesome family and you have all worked so very hard together to achieve this very large and important goal.  We certainly look forward to sharing your happiness with you.

Fondly,
Ted & Nancy Holland & Family & Friends

3/10/07 Some of you know that Mona Lisa is being reopened at the Corleone location on Tanque Verde.  Many of you have dined at the old location on Broadway at Kolb.  When Enza had to leave that location, this beautiful restaurant was made available to her.   There are no words to describe this new restaurant (scheduled to open to the public in April).  We stopped by to see her as she is working hard to get things ready.  To get some idea of what she has to offer, go to her website at http://monalisasicillianrestaurant.com.  I've noticed that this site has changed from time to time.  Once I saw pictures of the dining area and just couldn't believe how gorgeous the restaurant is.  There is a huge kitchen and huge prep area for food.  Having such a large kitchen for a restaurant is rare.  There is a large dining area and also an area for happy hour.  There will be live music in the future.  Until then, piped in music will be available.  A dance floor is being prepared.  Like I said, there are no words to describe this fine restaurant.  Those of you who have dined at the old location know how incredibly delicious this Sicillian food is.  I've said enough.  Check it out yourself.  Judy and Don

1/29/07 Hi to all of you!

Enza, Gianluca, Mariella & Frederica,

Please know how much we have all missed you, We can only imagine all the work that you have had to go through! It is exciting to know that soon we will be able to taste your wonderful food! Anxious to hear Mariella say " okay!" to have some of the eggplant and a glass or two of Pinocchio wine, or to try one of Gianluca's specials!

God Bless You,
My very best regards,
Larry Mackel

1/23/07 Enza, Gianluca, Mariella & Frederica,

We have missed you all very much and of course Tucson is not the same without your outstanding food. We are looking forward to the opening of your new place and the menu looks great. Can't wait to see you all!

Love, Scott & Dayle

1/23/07 The only reason we ever come down to Tucson from the Phoenix area is to have the best meal at your restaurant. We were so disappointed last Sept. to find that it had closed while we were there. Glad to see you're open again and will make the trip for our great meal. We were the couple that went to Lafayette, same as your chef.
Unfortunately, we just found out that the school is closing. Very sad....happy for you though. Congrats

1/23/07 From Gianluca(CHEF)
Thank you all for your support.
We still dont know the exact opening date because opening a restaurant is a big adventure with a lot of obstacles in the way. we hope to open the restaurant at the beginning of march, most of the work is done. The Health department certified the kitchen so we are already cooking and experimenting new recipes, so the date is close, keep visiting the website I will be posting pictures of food and a copy of the "in progress menu" will be posted soon."

1/20/07 I cannot wait till you open as I really miss your restaurant. Semra from Semra's Nails recommended your restaurant and I had many meals at your restaurant and ordered meals to go. Good luck and I will look forward to hearing about the Opening date.

1/12/07

My wife and I have been hungering for your wonderful dishes these last months and can hardly wait for the grand opening.

Even better, is that you are moving closer to where we live, so we can visit your restaurant more often.

Kind regards,

George and Sondra

1/7/07 To our wonderful friends: Enza, Federica, Gianluca, and Mariella,

We are so thrilled about your new location. Tucson has really missed you the past months, after all you are the only authentic Sicilian food in the city! So, warm up that Italian Wedding Soup and get that Veal Saltimbocca ready (even though all of Gianluca's food will 'jump in the mouth' )......we are coming. Hey, maybe we will film another cooking episode there!
We love you,
Joe, Christine, and Tina
